'Family Guy' Creator Seth MacFarlane Donated $1 Million To Steve Irwin's Wildlife Hospital
Bindi Irwin, Steve Irwin's daughter, has been working with the Wildlife Hospital founded by her father to help provide relief to the animals affected.

Bindi Irwin shared a shot of her in the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital, which was founded by her father, the late Steve Irwin, in 2002, with her caption discussing the state and needs of the site.
Bindi explained that wildlife had been affected by the fires immensely.

"With so many devastating fires within Australia, my heart breaks for the people and wildlife who have lost so much," she wrote.
"I wanted to let you know that we are SAFE. There are no fires near us @AustraliaZoo or our conservation properties."

"Our Wildlife Hospital is busier than ever though, having officially treated over 90,000 patients. My parents dedicated our Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital to my beautiful grandmother."
"We will continue to honour her by being Wildlife Warriors and saving as many lives as we can," Bindi wrote.

Bindi wasn't done there — she then began to outline what the Wildlife Hospital needed in this stressful time and urged people to donate to help the cause.

'Family Guy' creator Seth MacFarlane has taken that message to heart and donated $1 million dollars.

In a tweet thanking him for his donation, the Wildlife Hospital wrote, "We’re so pleased to announce that we will be naming our new Koala Intensive Care Unit in recognition of Seth’s generosity."
"Plans for the Perry MacFarlane Intensive Care Ward are well underway."
"We’ll soon begin construction on this crucial expansion to the hospital," they added.
"Thank you for being a Wildlife Warrior, Seth!"
It's likely that the name of the ward comes from Seth's mother's name, Ann Perry.
What a great gesture from a great guy!
Bindi Irwin tweeted her own message of gratitude for Seth.
"On behalf of all the wildlife, thank you so much for your support," she wrote. "You are an extraordinary Wildlife Warrior."
Bindi's brother Robert also tweeted his thanks.
"Wow, a huge thank you to @SethMacFarlane for your incredible support for Australia’s wildlife, donating 1 Million dollars to help save koalas affected by the bushfires. You have made a massive positive difference at a time when our animals & natural habitat needs it most," he tweeted.
Fans are also appreciative of Seth's gesture!
