Listen, I have been rooting for Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt to get back together since the day they broke up.
And finally, after all these years, evidence is beginning to point in the direction of reasonable hope.
Let's unpack all of this and look at the facts.
Jen and Brad started dating in 1998 and tied the knot in 2000.
Unfortunately, just a few short years later, things began to unravel.
In 2004, Brad met Angelina Jolie on the set of "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" and the chemistry between them was undeniable.
In a later interview with Vogue, Angelina revealed how the two ended up falling for each other by the time they finished filming.
"Because of the film we ended up being brought together to do all these crazy things, and I think we found this strange friendship and partnership that kind of just suddenly happened," she said.
"We just became kind of a pair. And it took until, really, the end of the shoot for us, I think, to realize that it might mean something more than we’d earlier allowed ourselves to believe."
By the end of that year, Jen and Brad split, and thus began the chapter of 'Brangelina'.
They had a bunch of kids and lived happily ever after.
Until 2016, when Angelina filed for divorce and full custody of their children.
In the meantime, Jen tied the knot with her then-boyfriend, Justin Theroux in 2015.

But like Brad and Angelina's marriage, Jen and Justin's was also short-lived. The pair announced their split in early 2018 — coincidentally, not long after Brad told PEOPLE that he had started "casually dating" again.
Which brings us to now.
Brad is single. Jennifer is single. Everything is slowly — very slowly, falling into place.
We saw our first glimmer of hope at the 2020 Golden Globes, just earlier this month when Jen was visibly trying to contain her smile as Brad gave his acceptance speech.
Then, just a couple of weeks later at the SAG Awards, they had their first public interaction in ages.
Naturally, this was all the Internet could talk about for days.

Then, cameras caught Brad stop everything to watch Jen's acceptance speech.

Here's my theory.
Rachel and Monica have been good friends on and off-screen since the early '90s, right?
That means Courteney has probably seen everything that has gone on between Jen and Brad BTS since day one.
So, if there's anyone besides Jen and Brad that knows something we don't, it might be her!
That means she could quite possibly be clueing us into what's really going on without even realizing it...
