Oscar season is upon us, and as usual, people are angry.
Award season is many things, but it is so rarely a joyful time for anyone outside of the circle of people who were nominated. That was the case for Jennifer Lopez fans.
Especially for fans who are always hoping for their favorite actor or film to be nominated.
We've got Kathy Bates in Richard Jewell.
Then there's Laura Dern in Marriage Story).
After that, we have Scarlett Johansson in Jojo Rabbit.
Florence Pugh in Little Women.
And Margot Robbie in Bombshell.
Jennifer Lopez, who starred in Hustlers was not added to the list, and people are outraged.
It's not even just Twitter this time. There are multiple articles being written about this snub for other news sites.

Seriously though, people are cheesed about this snub. While fans might be used to the Oscars getting it wrong ocassionally, this seems like a huge entry to mess up.
Should we do our usual thing and cancel the Oscars? Write some very strongly worded tweets? Or forget about it and move on to the next thing in a couple of days?
