While we may have seen him a great number of times in both television and movie format, perhaps the MCU can give him a worthy reboot treatment that he needs.
Considering the first two Ant-Man movies did just okay at the box office, and Scott Lang's story was pretty much wrapped up in Endgame, we thought this would be the end of the character in solo films...
And the movie is going to be directed by Peyton Reed.
It'll star Paul Rudd and most likely his partner Evangeline Lilly, and is set to release in 2022.
There are sources (the same sources that confirmed Taskmaster as the villain for the Black Widow movie) that say Norman Osborn will be the villain for the upcoming Ant Man movie.
But the same sources have said that they are eager to set the businessman up as kind of a Loki-esque villain, as in he might be facing the Avengers at some point.
This is going to be good.
