Ryan Reynolds being involved in the Deadpool franchise was probably the best decision that Marvel ever made.
The movies were a massive success, and will likely continue to be even though Wade Wilson will be moving over to the MCU and Disney.
We are currently waiting for the third one to come out!
Which hopefully, we won't have to wait much longer!
According to Ryan Reynolds, the movie is no longer "reportedly" in development. It's finally being worked on.
"We're working on it right now with the whole team. We're over at Marvel [Studios] now, which is like the big leagues all of a sudden. It's kinda crazy. So yeah, we're working on it." he admitted.
"There's a lot to be sorted out, like how Deadpool fits into the Marvel Universe with the other characters of the MCU."
After all, it's difficult to bring in yet another character to an already packed MCU.
"Then it's, do the X-Men get in there at some point? Fantastic Four? There's a lot to be sorted out and I think we're all getting a much-needed rest from Deadpool - Ryan and us and everybody."
We rather have a perfect movie than one quickly thrown together!
