Erin Andrews Defends Her 'Disappointed' Reaction To Hannah Brown Winning 'DWTS'

Erin Andrews, the host of Dancing With The Stars, has come forward to defend the incredibly obvious facial expression she made after Hannah Brown was announced the winner.

If you caught the 28th season finale of "Dancing With The Stars," then there's a good chance you caught Erin Andrews' meme-worthy expression when Hannah Brown was crowned the winner.

Her face was a whole mood.

Had Erin been a contestant, her expression would have been totally justified. But she's the host of the show, so she should at least try to remain impartial.

Or at least not have it written all over your face in such a way that can be made viral...?

She received some major backlash from fans that thought her reaction was unprofessional.

I mean, she clearly doesn't look like somebody that's happy, surprised, excited, or even indifferent. She looks straight-up disappointed.

"DWTS" fans scolded Erin for being biased. But most of all, they seemed to be annoyed that Erin didn't, at the very least, pretend to be happy for Hannah.

She really looked like she was over it — didn't even have the energy to pretend to be cheerful.

By the look on her face, Erin honestly looked like she was rooting for Hannah to fail all along.

There has to be some explanation for how sour she looked.

Fans confessed that her reaction was actually distracting viewers from enjoying Hannah's win.

Full offense, if you let the facial expression of one person in the background distract you from enjoying something — anything — that's on you, my dude.

You know, if she would have no less than clapped, we probably wouldn't even be having this discussion.

But she didn't even give them that!

Savage.

People noticed that Hannah's win appeared generally not as celebrated as past winners.

Nobody rushed the stage when her name was announced, the other contestants obviously looked crushed, and the host looked like she was throwing mad shade.

Some fans are even calling Erin's behavior disrespectful.

Once she realized her bummed-out reaction was the takeaway of the night, she took to Twitter to clear things up.

And to be frank, she is not sorry.

She did not take a delicate, subtle, or remorseful approach when broaching her explanation.

In fact, she clapped back with *extreme* sass and honestly, I don't blame her.

"Give me a break," Erin tweeted.

"YOU CAN’T WIN IN THIS SITUATION. I’m standing next to the couple that just got second place."

"And if I had cheered, you’d be killing me for going against the Kel, Lauren, and Ally."

"Not that serious people!," she added.

She really does not give two Fs about this. She's done with all of you.

Don't @ her.

"Ahahahah you don't get it. In this day and age, we can't say a thing," she continued in a separate tweet.

"You'll get killed no matter what."

"I have to look dead into the camera bc people are threatening you don't like a contestant."

"Sad, taken the fun out of it! Cheers!," she concluded.

Some people were still not convinced, though.

"But you did congratulate/ applaud Bobby Bones last year, who was a far worse dancer than Hannah," wrote one fan.

Someone then attached a clip of Erin celebrating last year's "DWTS" winner, and all I gotta say it: yikes.

However, most fans applauded her nonchalant but effective clap-back.

I think Erin Andrews is the real winner of DWTS because she was just crowned "the baddest woman alive."

That's a big deal, you guys.
