Wendy Williams Questions Why Kanye Lets North Wear Nose Rings: 'Where Are We Going With This?'

Explaining her leniency about letting North wear makeup, Kim said, " I’d let her wear, you know, she has a little red for Christmas, I’d let her wear a red lip, or I’d let her do one pop of something. I’d let her, if she’s wearing a black dress, a black lip."

“North is trying to get in on the makeup but she’s being blocked heavily because her dad has stopped all makeup for her until she is a teenager,” Kim had also said. "“It’s a big discussion, a big fight in the household right now but it is what’s best."

Talk show host Wendy Williams brought up this apparent contradiction in what Kanye allows North to do and wear on her Hot Topics segment of her show. "‘He doesn’t want his daughter wearing makeup, but she can wear a full-on nose ring?" she asked.

Some fans agreed with her. One wrote, "I personally find these type of nose rings REALLY tacky. It looks like how cows are pierced... I hope these kids turn out better than their messed up parents."
