Dog The Bounty Hunter Fans 'Send Love' After Health Update: 'God Bless You, Dog'

Finally, some good news for Duane 'Dog The Bounty Hunter' Chapman's fans, who have supported the bounty hunter and reality TV star through an extremely tough year.

In June, the Chapman family suffered the loss of Dog's wife, Beth.

Beth passed away after a long fight with stage-four throat cancer, devastating the Chapman family along with their legions of friends and fans.

The loss of Beth hit Dog particularly hard.

In September, Dog was hospitalized after suffering a 'heart emergency.'

While Dog initially stated that he believed he was suffering from a broken heart, it was later revealed he had a pulmonary embolism that had traveled to his heart on The Dr. Oz Show.

Dr. Oz told Dog that unless he changed his lifestyle, he was a "ticking time bomb."

"You’re not going to be here with the heart the way it is right now," Dr Oz. told him.

Luckily, the message seemed to have kicked in, as Dog went on blood thinners, promised to start eating healthier, and cut back on his smoking.

Dog just shared an update on his health with his fans.

Immediately fans flooded social media with messages of love and support for the reality star. "God bless you Diane[sic]. Beth is looking down on you now and saying that's my Big Daddy," wrote one fan.

"Sending love to you and the family!" another replied.

"We love you and you family Dog. I'm glad you are looking after yourself. You are a busy man and you have so many fans and if course family who care about you," read one tweet.
