Trouble in Hollywood! Bam Margera Kicked Out of Hotel Before Arrest

Bam Margera was reportedly thrown out of his hotel room at The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles after an unidentified caller dialed 911 upon thoughts of distress on Wednesday, March 29.

Law enforcement sources spoke with TMZ, saying the LAPD was called after an undisclosed hotel resident called 911 after hearing screams from his room. The individual was reportedly concerned about possible domestic violence coming from Margera's hotel room.

Police officers arrived at the hotel slightly after 12:00 pm and spoke with Margera and a lady inside the room with him. Law enforcement officers explained to news publications that they investigated for signs of distress to alleviate the intense situation.

The officers also stated that they discovered that the alleged screaming came from Margera's phone call with his estranged ex-wife, Nicole "Nikky" Boyd.

LAPD officers reportedly found no evidence of harm or injury inflicted on Margera or the lady he was in his room. Although no reports were filed by anyone, Margera and his lady friend were asked to exit the hotel due to their disturbance.

Roughly four hours after the events at the ritzy hotel, the MTV alum was spotted inside a restaurant with his ex-wife Nicole Boyd and their 5-year-old son, Phoenix.

The incident at the hotel didn't stop Margera from creating another scene hours later at the restaurant. Burbank police were called by 3:45 pm to calm an intoxicated Margera at the Thai dining establishment.

Reports from witnesses on the scene state that Margera was excessively yelling angrily at Boyd in the restaurant. In one short clip capturing the event, the Jackass star could be heard yelling, "Let [Phoenix] have his own mind."

In the video captured by Comedian Evan Breen at the Thai dining establishment, Margera seemed upset about not spending much time with his son — while blaming Boyd for it.

Officers arrived at the scene and were seen with Margera in the parking lot. Although the conversation between the officer and Margera couldn't be heard, the stunt performer was spotted sitting on the ground while erratically waving his arms.

In the end, the 43-year-old stuntman was arrested by the officers at the scene for misdemeanor public intoxication.

Law enforcement sources revealed that Margera would have to pay a forceful bail fee of $500 before being released unless he decides to remain behind bars until he becomes completely sober.

Insiders close to Boyd and the events of the restaurant incident revealed to media outlets that Nikky is considering filing a restraining order against Margera. The source states that Boyd hopes to protect herself and Phoenix from Margera.

Boyd spoke with media outlets after the events at the restaurant, and she recounted the incident, saying it "Was scary for me and even more scary for Phoenix." She added that it was shameful for Margera because "The visitation that Bam had with Phoenix the prior day in Hollywood went reasonably well."

The estranged ex-wife also mentioned that Margera isn't making the best efforts to improve his behavior. She claims he arrived intoxicated, saying, "This is the umpteenth time that Bam takes one step forward and ten steps back."

Nicole Boyd's attorney, David Glass, told media outlets that they have tried to work with Margera to set up a possible regular visitation schedule. Still, it all depends on him being able to keep sober.

The series of unfavorable events following Margera comes one month after Boyd filed a legal separation lawsuit that also grants her custody of their child, Phoenix.

As part of her legal documents presented to the court, Boyd stated she had to make "the hard choice" to "protect herself and their son."

Although Margera isn't the best at being sober, he tries to be an excellent father to Phoenix. In an Instagram post last week, the stuntman uploaded a picture of himself with his son's name tattooed on his face in Arabic.

The post was captioned with, "I miss Phoenix the wolf so much I had to to get his name tattooed on my f***in face to remind Nikki she is breaking my heart by not letting me see him."
