Shakira's Found a New Romance!

Spanish media claims that Shakira, the 46-year-old Colombian singer-songwriter, has found a new love interest in Miami. 

She is reportedly relocating to Florida after finalizing a child custody arrangement with her ex-partner Gerard Pique.

Speculations about Shakira's plans to leave Barcelona with her sons Milan (10) and Sasha (8) have left fans guessing whether it will happen in June after their school year ends or in the next few days. 

Earlier reports suggested that she had planned to depart on April 1. However, recent news has surfaced that her mother was hospitalized in Barcelona after a blood clot was discovered in her leg, which may affect Shakira's relocation plans.

According to the Spanish news website OK Diario, Shakira may have another motive to expedite her move to Miami. 

The website alleges that she met a "mystery man" several months ago before she wrote her latest song, which seemingly disses her ex-partner Gerard Pique and his current girlfriend, Clara Chia.

The website provided no further information about the mysterious man, except that he is not Shakira's former partner Antonio de la Rua, whom she dated before Gerard Pique. 

However, when asked about the truth behind these claims, a representative for Shakira has since denied them.

Earlier this month, Shakira expert Laura Fa, one of two journalists who frequently cover news about the Colombian singer-songwriter for Catalan newspaper El Periodico, had stated that Shakira was planning to leave Barcelona with her children on April 1, as opposed to earlier reports suggesting it would happen after the school year ends in June.

At the beginning of the year, Shakira's 91-year-old father, William Mubarak's ailing health was cited as the primary reason she postponed her plans to move to Miami. 

The news of the move came despite having signed a child custody agreement with her ex-partner Gerard Pique in December. 

The former couple, who had been together for 11 years, announced in November that they had reached an agreement on child custody after lengthy negotiations culminating in a 12-hour meeting with their respective lawyers. 

They formally signed the agreement at a court in Barcelona the following month. As per the child custody agreement signed by Shakira and Gerard Pique, the retired footballer, who is currently in a relationship with 23-year-old Catalan beauty Clara Chia, will spend some holiday time with their children.

Shakira's desire to relocate to Miami, where she used to reside and where a part of her family lives, is believed to have been the primary issue that prevented her and Gerard Pique from reaching an out-of-court settlement in the past.

Recently, the singer-songwriter performed a song with Argentinian DJ Bizarrap on the Jimmy Fallon Show, in which she targets Pique and his new girlfriend. During the show, Shakira also discussed her split from the retired footballer.

Following the significant changes in his life, including his separation from Shakira and retirement from football, Gerard Pique stated in a subsequent interview with the Spanish newspaper El Pais that he is "very happy." 

Although he refused to answer a question about Shakira in the interview, he did acknowledge that each parent has a responsibility to ensure the well-being of their children. 

Pique emphasized the importance of protecting their children and asserted that this is the focus of his efforts and his role as a father.

In a recent interview with the Spanish newspaper El Pais, Gerard Pique spoke publicly about his split from Shakira for the first time. The footballer, who shares two children with the Colombian singer, revealed that he had previously kept quiet about the breakup to protect their kids.
