'Euphoria's' Jacob Elordi Frightened by Stalker Encounter

Jacob Elordi, known for his roles in Euphoria and The Kissing Booth, alleges that a man named Robert Dennis Furo has been stalking him. Elordi alleges Furo has been leaving unwanted items and making advances toward him and has a history of stalking.

Elordi Obtained Restraining Order 

Elordi has obtained a temporary restraining order against Robert Dennis Furo, whom he alleges has been stalking him. The temporary restraining order is a legal document restricting Furo's actions towards Elordi.

The 25-year-old Euphoria star reportedly filed documents with a Los Angeles court claiming that Furo, a 61-year-old man, had been making repeated unwanted advances towards him recently. 

Conditions Of The Restraining Order

Under the temporary restraining order, Furo must maintain a distance of at least 100 yards from Elordi's residence, vehicle, and place of employment.

Furo Left Multiple Items

According to TMZ, Elordi stated that Furo left multiple items at his home in Hollywood. These unwanted items included a note, a bouquet of roses, candies, and pastries. 

Initial Incident 

According to reports, the initial incident occurred on February 5 when the actor, known for his role in The Kissing Booth, walked with his dog and friend.

Elordi Discovered A Bag of Pastries 

As he approached the street-facing side gate of his house, he couldn't help but notice the bag of pastries hanging from it. Although the gesture might have seemed harmless to an outsider, Elordi found it unsettling since he had no idea who left the pastries or why they chose his house to leave them at.

After Elordi threw the bag of pastries in the trash, Furo allegedly appeared in his yard a few minutes later, shouting the actor's name and professing his love while saying he was happy to see Jacob's "stupid ugly face." 

Elordi Confronted Furo

Elordi then confronted Furo and called the police after he left his property. As a result, he was able to obtain the license plate number of the stalker.

Furo Returned 

Despite confronting the man and reporting him to the police, the stalker returned to Jacob's home a few weeks later. 

Security Footage Revealed 

Security footage showed that the man entered Jacob's property thrice within 30 minutes. This all happened while the actor was out running errands. Jacob later discovered that the man had left flowers, candy, and a note in his backyard.

Court Documents Reveal Details 

According to court documents, Elordi provided a copy of a note that Robert Dennis Furo allegedly sent him. The note read, "Jacob, I wanted to apologize for 3 sat. ago. Was hoping to catch you in. Wanted you to tell me if you have been sending. I found you on a beautiful Saturday afternoon quite organically without address without getting lost like this time. Would it be possible if you could call. My hands are shaking." 

Elordi Deeply Concerned

Elordi reportedly expressed concerns that Furo is monitoring his home and movements and is fearful of returning to his residence. In addition, Furo has reportedly posted about him obsessively on social media. 

Furo's Criminal History 

Elordi informed the court that he was made aware of Furo's criminal history, which reportedly includes a 2007 incident in which he was accused of breaking into actor Nicolas Cage's home.

Details Of The Incident 

Furo entered Cage's in the middle of the night while wearing one of Cage's leather jackets. In response to Elordi's request, the court granted a temporary restraining order against Furo.

According to The Daily Breeze, Furo pleaded guilty to felony stalking in 2008 following an incident on October 1, 2007, at a Newport Beach home owned by Nicolas Cage. 

Furo Claimed To Be 'Sleepwalking'

Furo's lawyer claimed he was "sleepwalking" due to drug use at the time of the incident. As a result, Furo was sentenced to six months of rehabilitation.
