The Friends actress Courteney Cox talked openly about using fillers and anti-aging injections, admitting that she should have controlled herself from overdoing it. She talked openly about how she regretted receiving cosmetic fillers when she was younger and how they had changed how she looked.

Courteney Cox is one of Hollywood's most beautiful actresses, but it's not completely natural. The Friends star immediately responded, "fillers," when asked about her worst beauty regret.

Cox Joined Gloss Angeles Podcast

Cox joined the podcast's beauty experts, Kirbie Johnson and Sara Tan, to discuss her home fragrance brand, Homecourt, and beauty routines.

Cox Advise to People

She also advised listeners who were struggling with the thought of aging and talked about her bad experiences with fillers.

Cox Was Worried About Being Old

Like many other women in and out of showbiz, Cox confessed that she worried about becoming older even when she was young, calling it a "bummer" and a "waste of time." I suppose I made a lot of mistakes, she said.

Cox Admitted that It was a Waste of Time

Cox said: "Thinking I was getting older when I was young, that's just a bummer, a waste of time."

Cox Thought She Looked Ok

Courteney added: "I look at pictures of me when I thought I looked OK, and I can't believe it."

Cox's Manager Rejected the Notion

Apparently, Cox's PR rejected the notion. She said she'd even considered putting up side-by-side pics of her with and without the treatment, captioning it, "Oh, this is what my friend was talking about. When someone is talking to you about fillers and saying, 'Babe, I don't know,' then you're like, 'What?' I didn't do anything here, and nothing there,' and you don't realize that probably floated down."

On the "Gloss Angeles" beauty podcast, our favorite Monica acknowledged that she overdid the procedure, referring to it as a domino effect.

Cox Thinks It's a Domino Effect

She said, "It's a domino effect. It's like you don't realize that you look a little off, so then you keep doing more cause you look normal to yourself, and you look in the mirror and go, 'Oh, that looks good."

Cox Didn't Realize Things

Cox, playing Gale Weathers for the sixth time in the Scream series, said she didn't realize how other people interpreted her when she had fillers.

Cox Thanked that Fillers are Removable

She said:

"You don't realize what it looks like to the outside person and just doing too many fillers and then having to have them removed, which, thank God, they are removable."

Cox Admitted She Messed Up

She added.

"But I think I messed up a lot."

Cox Removed Facial Fillers

Cox first stated in 2017 that she had removed all of the facial fillers, noting at the time that she struggles with aging.

Cox Admitting That She is Getting Older

She told "Gloss Angeles" that she was able to reverse much of that and that she was now just older.

Cox Feels Special

In fact, she claimed that as she has aged, she has grown to appreciate it and feels "better equipped for everything in life." Even her cosmetic routine has been streamlined to achieve a cleaner, more natural appearance.

Cox Admitted The Same Thing Last Year

It's not the first time she has told someone about her regret. She revealed to Sunday Times Style Magazine last year that she had spent "years" pursuing young.

Cox Looked Strange

She admitted,  "I didn’t realize that, oh s***, I'm actually looking really strange with injections and doing stuff to my face that I would never do now."

Cox Regret Her Looks

Cox shared that she couldn't believe how she used to look when she viewed old photos after the hosts said that not everyone who goes "overboard with fillers" can return to how they previously looked.

Cox Beauty Routine

But it doesn't mean she doesn't follow a beauty routine. See the steps she takes to look young below.
