Teen Mom alum, Ryan Edwards broke the terms of his restraining order by contacting his wife, Mackenzie Edwards, via text earlier this week leading to his arrest. The 35-year-old was ordered to seize all forms of communication with the reality TV star after she filed for divorce.

The Feb. 19 text read,
"My God I don't have to live my life without you! Sorry!" then he sent more text messages detailing how much he missed McKenzie and wanted them to get back together.
This incident comes a few days after his wife Mackenzie Edwards requested a divorce and won a restraining order against him, he was arrested, according to USWeekly.
According to the outlet, Mackenzie was also given temporary custody of the couple's two young children, Jagger, 5, and Stella, 2.
Bentley, Edwards' 14-year-old kid, is also shared by him and his ex-girlfriend, Teen Mom OG's Maci Bookout.
According to information provided in a second press release, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department presented Ryan with an Order of Protection on February 9 that required him to leave Mackenzie's current residence.
Following a chance encounter in a Chattanooga, Tennessee, gym, the ex-couple got married in 2017. Son Jagger, 4, and daughter Stella, 3, are now their children.
In connection with the intimidation of Mackenzie, Edwards was also detained on February 10.
In addition to being arrested on these charges, Edwards was also found in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. The publication stated that Edwards was then arrested and held under a $5,000 bond.
In the days before his arrest, Edwards posted a picture of Mackenzie topless on social media with the message;
"If you guys have never seen a spineless s*** this is one."
He continued;
"They take your money sleep with anything that looks at them. But they must have a wife to [sic]. God what a joke. It's sad really."
Following the social media post, Mackenzie, 26, reported to the police multiple instances of domestic violence Edwards has been involved in since they wed in 2017.
Also, Mackenzie revealed that, during a fight last month, Edwards "punched holes in the walls and doors" and held her up by her "neck to the wall," according to police.
According to Daily Mail Mackenzie revealed Edwards put her "down in the hallway and said if he could not have me no one could" before putting "his pocket knife" to her "back like he was going to kill" her.
She claimed that their kids witnessed the entire episode unfold.
'I tried to leave, he smashed my phone, took my car keys,'
Mackenzie said, adding that a co-worker contacted the authorities in the wake of the incident.
The former reality star was detained in Tennessee's Hamilton County in January 2019 and accused of service theft.
According to TMZ at the time, who cited police records, Edwards is said to have left a bar in December without paying a $36 bill, prompting the bartender to call the police.
According to reports, Edwards was arrested after the bartender recognized him from previous mug pictures.
Also, Ryan was detained on an allegation of prior heroin possession resulting from an active warrant.
The Red Bank County clerk's office reports that the television personality was initially detained on March 12, 2017, for heroin possession.
He was detained in March 2018 for violating the probationary conditions imposed as a result of the charge, and again in July for a second probation violation.
Ryan has a history of substance abuse and was in treatment when his son, Jagger, the first kid he had with Mackenzie, was born.
