Paris Hilton Opens Up About Her Secret Pregnancy And Abortion With Model Jason Shaw At 22

The socialite, 42, has been making headlines for opening up on everything from her famous sex tape to her teen sexual abuse, and now she's revealed that she had an abortion while in her early twenties.

The Simple Life alum is fresh from a high-profile feature with Glamour UK, where she revealed not wanting to go public with her pregnancy. It was a topic "that I didn't want to talk about," she said.

Hilton added that the reason was because "there was so much shame around that."

Paris' baby daddy was model Jason Shaw, now 49. In her twenties, Paris also dated Stavros Niarchos and Backstreet Boy star Nick Carter, plus Rick Salomon, her sex tape costar.

In her memoir, Paris: The Memoir, Paris outlines that she met Jason outside The Four Seasons Hotel in L.A.

An extract from the memoir reads: "I was terrified and heartsick. The hormones sent my ADHD symptoms spiraling. Everything I knew about myself was at war with everything I’d been raised to believe about abortion."

The bestie to SKIMS mogul Kim Kardashian also shared:

"I wasn’t in the right place to make any sort of commitment. It had nothing to do with him or a baby. I just wasn’t capable of being honest or loyal or whole."

Also revealed in the memoir are the horrors Paris suffered while at boarding school in her teens. She recalls being handcuffed and drugged at night. She also details having been drugged and raped at the age of 15.

Fortunately, times are now happy for Hilton, who, this year, welcomed a son with husband Carter Reum.

On January 25, Paris posted to Instagram to announce the news that her baby had arrived. "You are already loved beyond words," she wrote. The image showed her manicured hand clutching her baby's one.

Introducing Baby Phoenix this month, Paris posed with closed eyes and tenderly cradling her son, with husband Carter also in the photo. Over 4 million likes have been left.

In a recent share, Paris shared a glamorous and romantic shot to celebrate Carter turning 42.

"Happy birthday to the love of my life, my best friend and the most incredible father to our baby boy💙🎂 ✨I’m so proud to call you mine. Here’s to all your dreams coming true! ☺️ Love you forever," Paris wrote.

Paris has also revealed her desire to have a daughter. In fact, she's said that she would name her girl London.

Fans are waiting for a bump, although perhaps not quite yet as Paris settles into new motherhood.
