Former Real Housewives Of Atlanta star and restaurateur Peter Thomas celebrated his victory after one of the dramas which have kept him in the news recently. The TV star was found not guilty of second-degree assault in Baltimore Circuit Court Wednesday after he was accused of attacking a patron of his restaurant, Bar One Baltimore.

Thomas walked out of court on Wednesday, free from all allegations, and he did not wait to get home before celebrating the win. The 62-year-old entrepreneur took to social media to share a post that featured him in front of the court with the caption:

Per DailyMail, Thomas explained that he just walked out of the courthouse where the Jury did not take long to declare him not guilty. He then sent out a message:

Thomas’ lawyer who was also pleased with the result commended the jury. He then praised his client’s personality by explaining that Thomas has led a stellar life and built a successful business.

According to reports, Chanel Williams claimed Thomas seemed to have been drunk when he approached her and two friends at the restaurant on March 20, 2022. She told the court that the Bravo star later cussed at her for no reason. She added that he became physical by grabbing and squeezing her neck for 20 seconds.

Thomas denied this claim, explaining to the court that he never placed his hands on Williams’ neck. He said the allegations were ridiculous as he would have been on the news if the lady’s claims were true.

The restaurateur explained to the court that Williams, 30, made a scene at his establishment when he blocked her friend’s number. He also said he fell into a lounge chair in the VIP area of the establishment when he tried to ease her off.
