Britney Spears Puts On A Show In Her Crop Top And Shorts

The pop princess, 41, updated her Instagram while busting out moves in a skimpy pair of white gym shorts and an orange crop top this week. She's definitely still got it!

Drawing attention to her gym-honed abs and famous legs, the Circus hitmaker shimmied around from a studio with wooden floors, also backed by rows of cardio machines.

Ditching the heels for a low-key finish, Spears went barefoot as she shook her hips, also delivering her signature twirl move. In a caption, the A-Lister mentioned her wellness. She did this as she continues to pay attention to her health and fitness.

"Ok the bun on my head was falling off ⭐️⭐️⭐️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ !!! I realized after I recorded this !!! Oh well !!! Stay healthy folks !!!" she wrote. Britney had worn her blonde locks swept up into a bun.

"Positive energy and good vibes everywhere !!! Is spring coming soon 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ ???" she continued.

Britney quickly gained a celebrity like, with 53-year-old singer Jennifer Lopez showing she liked the post.

Britney sparked mental health concerns among her fans in 2023. She chose to eliminate the potential for shade in this post by disabling comments.

Back in November 2022, Spears posted in a silky wedding gown and veil. Fans got the blonde's signature sense of humor.

In a caption, Britney wrote:

"I think every woman knows you can be the most beautiful person in the world but if you don’t have good lighting, it’s sh*t … I found good lighting in my gown the other morning 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳 reposting for better quality !!"

Britney is known for showing tan lines in her bikini posts, but a share uploaded five days ago saw her discussing how being tan works with a certain color shade.

Dancing around at night and while stunning her followers in a baby pink mini dress, Spears wrote:

"I’ve always thought a baby pink dress would be lame honestly but with a tan it’s actually really pretty … although it’s been icy outside and most days you can’t go out."

Spears continues to celebrate her love for her personal trainer husband, Sam Asghari. The two began dating in 2016 and tied the knot in 2022.

Shortly after the wedding, Britney moved out of her L.A. home and purchased a brand new house to mark the new chapter in her life. The sale of her old home came at a loss, though.

Spears originally listed her luxurious pad for $12 million, however, The Daily Mail reports that she's now accepted an offer of $10.2 million.

Fans might think that Britney's not stable, but the star continues to vow that she is happy and healthy. She has, in the past, accused the #FreeBritney movement of bullying her, especially during her now-ended conservatorship.

Earlier this week, Britney made headlines for showing off her legs and her fashion sense as she posed in high heels and modeled her "favorite green dress."

The post followed one in the same marble-floored setting, where Britney also showed off her white faux fur shawl.
