Death is a hard reality that many people fear and don’t want to face. It’s a scary thought that we don’t really know what happens after our last breath and go into an eternal sleep, but the way we deal with it is what makes it less scary. While some people surround themselves with their loved ones and have a proper funeral, others have their loved ones fighting over what words should be on their tombstones.
This online story shared on the AITA Reddit community is about a widow who marked her father's grave with “In loving memory of John Doe, son, husband, father and adulterer”, which offended his other family members.
While many people in the comments were understanding of the situation, some wanted the author of the story to fix the gravestone.
