Priscilla Presley and Riley Keough at Odds Over Lisa Marie's Will

Priscilla made the very first move of contending the 2016 amendment to her daughter's will, with the late Benjamin and Riley Keough as co-trustees and successors. With the death of Benjamin in 2020, Lisa Marie's entire fortune now belongs to Keough.

According to Priscilla, the document isn't authentic. She was made the trustee of the will until this amendment happened in 2016. She claimed the document had been tampered with and cited that Lisa Marie's name and signature were inconsistent.

A source close to the family told news outlets that Priscilla is hell-bent on proving that she has a valid case and will win in court. It added that they've now resorted to communicating through lawyers.

The source continued Keough would prefer to sort out the issue privately and out of court, but Priscilla isn't backing down.

Her exception from the will doesn't surprise most, as sources have revealed that the late Lisa Marie has been estranged from her mother for the last two years.

No one can confirm how much money Lisa Marie has left, but some reports suggest that she mismanaged the $100 million fortune her father, Elvis Presley left behind.

Earlier this month, the 77-year-old encouraged fans to ignore the noise surrounding the ongoing case and reiterated her commitment to ensuring that the family stays together, but that's not looking feasible as it stands.
