Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Ink Commitment Tattoos to Show Their Love

Hollywood stars, Jennifer and Ben, are couple goals, and they recently gave fans a reason to believe in their love. The pair immortalize their love for each other in their flesh in a new post for Valentine's Day.

Taking to her Instagram page, the 53-year-old Marry Me actress revealed she and her husband had gotten complementary tattoos that appeared to be located on the sides of their torso.

In the caption, Jennifer noted that the ink symbolized their commitment, adding an infinity symbol to show that their love was undying. This reassured fans after the couple recently had a tense tiff.

The actress then wished her husband a happy Valentine's Day, after which she told her 234 million followers that more updates from the romantic holiday would follow in her newsletter.

Jennifer also included pictures of her and Ben from their first and current relationship. The singer led the montage of snaps with a photo of herself flaunting her new ink.

In the photo, the raving beauty's tattoo was on the side of her ribcage, slightly below her bust, which was covered with an ultra-short cropped white t-shirt that bared her toned abs.

The design appeared to show an infinity symbol with 'Jennifer' and 'Ben' written across the delicate loops. The design also featured an arrow — presumably one of cupid's — shot through the figure.

Jennifer's tattoo also seemed to have an additional text or design at the bottom left corner, though the glare on her protective clear bandage obscured it.

Ben's tattoo was quite similar to his wife's, but there were noticeable differences. The actor's ink had two crisscrossing arrows that appeared to be tied together at the center with a string.

Also, the couple's initials are nestled in between the arrows. The picture of Ben's tattoo was a close-up, making it difficult to determine the exact location, though it appeared similarly placed.

Besides the tattoo pictures, Jennifer also gave fans a glimpse of her and Ben's romance over the years, from their first attempt at love to their recent success.

One of the pictures showed the Love Don't Cost a Thing singer clad in a white top and brown straw hat, beaming with her eyes closed as she placed her face against a smiling Ben.

In another snapshot, the actress looked more sultry while posing on a yacht in a yellow bikini. Jennifer sat on her husband's lap and gazed into the camera while her eyes were covered with a pair of amber-tinted sunglasses.

Another monochrome photo featured Jennifer, dressed in a plunging white dress, leaning her beautifully made-up face on the shoulder of the actor, who wore a classy gray suit.

Jennifer wrapped up the picture collection with two throwback snapshots from the couple's first engagement, emphasizing their undying love and age-defying good looks.

Jennifer and Ben first met in 2002 and dated for two years, stirring up a tabloid frenzy with their relationship. However, they parted ways in 2004, and the duo pursued other relationships and started their own families.

While Jennifer was married to Marc Anthony from 2004 to 2014, Ben was married to Jennifer Garner from 2005 to 2018. Then, in April 2021, the couple was spotted together for the first time in over a decade, sparking relationship rumors.

A few months later, Jennifer and Ben went public with rekindled romance on Instagram. The couple dated for a few months before walking down the aisle on July 16, 2022.

Following their nuptials, the newlyweds enjoyed a post-wedding vacation in Paris, where they enjoyed trips to Louvre and cruises on the River Seine. Hopefully, this time, Jennifer and Ben's love will last a lifetime.
