Revealed: How Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez Reacted To GRAMMYs Memes

An insider revealed that the star couple has stumbled on a few of the memes on social media, but they are not paying much attention to them. During the Grammys, Affleck seemed to have a less-enthusiastic expression and demeanor that was overall noticeable to social media users.

According to the source, "Jen and Ben are both aware of the memes of Ben circulating." Lopez also reportedly showed her husband some of the pictures making rounds, but he simply brushed it off.

According to the insider, the Batman actor was not fazed by what the "internet thought" or had to say about him. However Lopez "actually thinks some of the memes were funny.

The saga behind their attendance at the 65th Grammy Awards ceremony started when the host, Trevor Noah, did a bit of his presenting close to their table. At some point, Affleck was seen leaning toward his wife and whispering into her ear. She, then, proceeded to lightly tap his chest while responding to him.

Another insider shared with ET that the Gone Girl actor and Marry me actress have both had a lot on their hands leading up to the event. The source stated that they had a lot of projects to handle, and "Ben was feeling tired. Another person shared, "He wanted to go and support Jen, but he wasn't his usual self." 

On the contrary, the Into You crooner seemed to have fun at the star-studded occasion. The source stated that she had a lot of fun, and wanted her spouse to be excited to be there, as well. However, she understood "where he was coming from." The source mentioned for good measure, "Jen knows Ben is a great husband and they still made sure to have a good night together."

When the clip of Lopez and Affleck's exchange first went viral, fans tried to decipher what was going on between them. According to Dailymail, someone read their lips, and it appeared Lopez was prepping her spouse to look camera ready. The lipreader suggested that she asked Affleck to stop looking less motivated and put on a friendlier countenance.

While they sat at their table, 50-year-old Affleck leaned into his chair and briefly whispered into his wife's ear. As he straightened himself, he had a frown on his face while slightly shrugging. Lopez looked displeased lightly tapped him before they both realized they were caught on camera. She quickly gathered herself but Affleck continued to show his blank look.

On TikTok, someone made a reference to Affleck's ex-wife, feeling good that she wasn't in Lopez's position. Another user thought the Grammys producers were messy for the clip. Twitter users poked fun at Affleck's expression noting that he looked like he would rather be anywhere else.

Lopez made her grand appearance to present the award for Best Pop Vocal Album and the accolade went to Harry Styles for his album, Harry's House. Music icon, Beyonce, made history by becoming the person with the most Grammys, while other stars like Adele, Lizzo, and Kendrick Lamar all emerged winners in their nominated categories.
