The episode opened with the couple discussing the issues of having to move from one home to the other without settling. The Chrisleys had just moved to their third home in a year and Julie said that she was over it all. The TV star initially agreed to move because she thought the property was "turnkey." However, after getting to the new home, she realized Todd had totally renovated the whole story.

She Felt Frustrated

As Page Six reports, the matriarch described being married to her husband stating, "being married to Todd means you’re never gonna call a place home for very long.” She was highly displeased by how he handled things, as she demanded to know why he changed plans without telling her, and Todd tried to explain.

During the episode, Todd addressed his wife, "Julie, listen, it’s like if you go have your eyes done. Then you realize you need to have your neck done and then you need to have an upper lift and a lower lift.”

While Todd tried to explain the reason behind his actions, his wife wasn't buying it. She went further to ask him why he lied to her, and he termed it a difficult question by asking her to ask him something easier.

Her Kids Had A Discussion With Her About The Situation

Seeing as things were tense between their parents, Savannah and her brother Chase tried reducing the tension. The Chrisley children told Julie that it was a long time since they last saw her that upset. However, the mom-of-four explained that she was over it.

The TV star relayed to her grown kids that she felt they were at a stage in their lives that they need to find a place and settle down. This was because she wanted their growing son, Grayson, to be settled with them in the last few years before he heads to college. She also noted that their 9-year-old daughter, Chloe, liked stability and "not doing a house and selling it, and moving to another and selling it." Julie included that what really got her upset was that Todd that lied to her.

There Were No mentions Of Their Legal Woes

The tenth season of Chrisley Knows Best was filmed in the fall of 2022, but the family did not address Todd and Julie's legal woes. In the last few months, the couple was in the news over tax fraud, and leading up to their conviction, they went back and forth in court over their trials.
