The That's So Raven star's attorney is asking for a mental evaluation to know if Orlando is fit for trial. The actor was arrested in December in Ohio. He was charged with enhanced menacing and a first-degree criminal offense.

At first, the Waynehead star pleaded not guilty. However, the results obtained from the evaluation could change that plea. At the moment, the former Disney star was on house arrest, as TMZ reported. After posting a bond of $25,000, the actor was released on Friday.

The 35-year-old actor was arrested after Ohio cops responded to a call about two men fighting. The alleged victim told the cops that the actor came to him in a threatening manner. He further shared that the Major Payne actor came along with a hammer and knife blade.
