27 Years Later: See Alicia Silverstone Transform Into Cher from 'Clueless'!

The 46-year-old recently reprised one of her iconic roles as Cher in Clueless. In the Instagram video, Silverstone played with a piece of gum just like her character did while giving a speech in class. "I'm just gonna leave this here." She captioned the clip.

The clip showed the actress in an identical outfit exclusive to her 1995 character. Silverstone wore a cropped blazer jacket with additional red detail unlike the original. The mother-of-one then paired it with a matching miniskirt. To complete the look, Silverstone wore a white top that was tucked into her miniskirt. The actress paired the outfit with a gold chain with the initials 'C' for Cher.

She also wore a pair of gorgeous gold earrings. The Miss Match alum has maintained her blonde hair for years. She looked almost identical to the original scene which was filmed almost 28 years ago. However, in the original scene, Cher wore white heels and knee-high socks. 

Clueless was released on July 19, 1995. The 90's hit classic was directed by Amy Hackering. The film was closely based on Emma which was Jane Austen's 1815 novel. Over the years, Clueless has been one of the best-hit teen classics.

In the synopsis, the film is about a 15-year-old teenager named Cher. Cher is a charming but spoiled teen who stayed in Beverly Hills with her father who is a lawyer. The film is about Cher's journey navigating romantic love, family, friendship, and popularity. 

The list of stars to attend the Clueless 2023 reunion has been released. The 90's movie reunion will be held in Hartford, Connecticut from March 17 to 19. ET exclusively announced that Stacey Dash and Silverstone will be attending the reunion. Dash has expressed her excitement about the upcoming event.

This year's 90' Con will also feature Amanda Bynes, which would be her first convention appearance. Bynes will reunite with her All That costars like Kel Mitchell, Danny Tamberelli, and Lori Beth Denberg. The cast will sit on a panel, and be available for a meet and greet. There would also be photo opportunities in front of the famed orange couch replica.

In November 2022, Silverstone and Dash reunited on TikTok for the reunion. They stepped back into their roles as Cher and Dionne. The actresses were not dressed in matching plaid jackets and skirts, but they had no problem stepping into their longtime roles.

In the TikTok clip, Silverstone mimicked Cher's concerned smirk. She then asked Dash, "Would you call me selfish?" Then Dash sassily responded," No, not to your face." The duo then broke into a dance to a TikTok mashup of Ja Rule's What's Luv? While Silverstone danced, Dash said there goes Cher's social life which is another of Dionne's signature lines.
