Kanye West is back at it again; the rapper is now named as a suspect in a battery investigation involving a woman in Los Angeles. The video of West snatching a woman's phone has been circulating on social media, and different opinions have been pouring in following the incident.

As seen in the video, the Otis rapper approached a woman's car, grabbed her phone, and then threw it away. He was en route to North and Saint's basketball game in LA when the confrontation happened.
He's now being named a suspect in a battery investigation, as reported by the car occupant.
The award-winning artist exited his black Mercedes-Benz, leaving his new wife, Bianca Censori, in the passenger seat. Censori stayed put in the car throughout the drama.
A conversation ensued between West and the woman before he discarded the phone.
"You didn't have to run up on me like that. 'If I say stop, stop with your cameras!" The woman suggested she was within her rights to film him because he was famous.
While it's unclear what led to the confrontation, TMZ reported that he accused the woman of 'following him.'
According to new sources, the woman called Ventura County Sheriff's Department deputies around 4:30 pm, who took possession of the video evidence of the incident.
Reports and pictures that emerged later that night showed Kim Kardashian was present at the game and arrived with Tristan Thompson. The incident involving West took place near the sports facility.
Previous news had reported that West stopped in front of a group of paparazzi a few days ago and asked why they were pursuing him especially when he was going in to see his children.
He then pleaded for privacy from photographers.
"Everybody needs to stop when I see my kids. If I need to see my kids, you can’t photograph me. It's called human rights."
The rapper married 27-year-old Censori earlier this month in a private ceremony. A wedding band can be seen on his ring fingers from photos and videos during his run-in with the press. While the two are yet to file for a marriage certificate, the ceremony was held to prove his commitment to Bianca.
Before the news of his marriage, West and Kardashian wrapped things up with their divorce. The court ordered the Grammy-winning rapper to pay $200k monthly in child support and ruled that they shared custody of their four children and enjoyed equal access to them.
West and Kardashian share 4 children throughout their 7 year marriage, including North, who met Censori for the first time over dinner about a week ago, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
