So many matters are arising after the tragic death of Lisa Marie Presley a few weeks ago, especially from her inner circle. Her mother, Priscilla Presley, is coming out to contest the authenticity and validity of a 2016 amendment to her trust, which named her eldest daughter Riley Keough a co-trustee.

Priscilla Presley claims there're too many issues surrounding the legitimacy of the 2016 amendment, which states Riley Keough as co-trustee and suggests the judge should declare the amendment invalid.
Court papers showed Presley filed legal documents at the Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday challenging the amendment, which named Riley and Benjamin Keough co-trustees.
She further revealed that she (Priscilla) and Lisa Marie's former business manager, Barry Siegel, were appointed co-trustees on Jan 29, 1993, when Lisa Marie "executed a revocable living trust" that was adjusted and totally restated on Jan 27, 2010.
Now that Benjamin passed away in 2020, Riley Keough is the only trustee of her mother's estate, according to Priscilla's findings and what she stated in the court documents.
Priscilla stated that there're many shady discrepancies surrounding the document's status, including an error in spelling her (Priscilla's) name.
She also claimed never to have gotten a copy of the amended document while the late Lisa Marie was alive, as mandated by the express terms of the Trust.
Priscilla also confirmed that the late Lisa Marie's signature on the amendment appeared inconsistent with her usual and customary signature, further fueling her suspicion about the document's legitimacy.
The filing comes less than a week after Lisa Marie's public memorial, which was held at Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee, and left everyone an emotional wreck following Priscilla's touching message and a poem written by one of her granddaughters.
Following her sudden death from cardiac arrest, her rep confirmed that Graceland, Elvis Presley, who's also Lisa Marie's father's former home, will be inherited by Lisa Marie's three daughters. Her twin girls Harper and Finley, whom she shared with Michael Lockwood and Riley Keough.
The singer was buried at Graceland right beside her late son, her father, her grandparents, and other family members. There's also a smaller memorial stone set for Elvis's twin brother, Jessie, who died at birth.
