“I did start going to Al-Anon while all this was going on. I mean, look, I truly dismantled my life, and at first, that was as a reaction to the accusation that I was crazy, and I was the one causing the problem,” she commented. She then added she eventually felt better, though sometimes she still felt it was her fault.
Her Connection With ‘Alice, Darling’
This isn’t the first time Anna Kendrick has talked about the psychological abuse she suffered from her former partner. She confessed that she felt a connection to her character in the movie Alice, Darling during the film’s press.
