Wednesday Addams has become a TikTok sensation as celebrities have taken up the challenge. However, the Wednesday Dance was included in Kamila Valieva's figure skating routine last week, and she has officially topped off everyone's performance; we love it!

As first reported by Billboard, Valieva performed the actor's original choreography to the Cramps' song Goo Goo Muck before the music switched to a sped-up version of Lady Gaga's Bloody Mary. Valieva was dressed as Jenna Ortega's Wednesday Addams during the routine, complete with two braids and a ruffled black dress.

Winning The Contest With Her Wednesday Dance

For the contest in which Valieva delivered this outstanding performance; the judges gave Valieva 247.32 points for her short program and free skate, but the 15-year-old Sofia Akateva won the women's senior title, according to Billboard. The contest occurred in Krasnoyarsk, Russia, from December 22 to December 25.

Jenna Created The Now Viral Dance

You would be surprised that Jenna Ortega, the star of the Netflix series Wednesday, stated that she declined to work with a choreographer and created the now-viral dance alone in just two days.

The routine, which can be seen in the fourth episode of the series, involves the lead character flashing her trademark dead-eyed expression while shuffling, spinning, and waving her hands from side to side to the Cramps' music.

Not A Dancer

To think that Jenna isn't much of a dancer to have created a dance that has now gone viral is ironic! The actress explained on Friday's episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

"I'm not a dancer. I don't do any of that. I have no experience in that field," she said. "I didn't sleep for two days. I watched videos of Siouxsie and the Banshees, Denis Lavant in Beau Travail. I found archival footage of goth kids dancing in clubs in the '80s. Lene Lovich. Nina Hagen. And then, on the day, I thought, 'All right, let's see what happens.'"

It appears that other celebrities, like Lady Gaga, who resembles Wednesday Addams and Camilla Cabelo, also took part in the challenge.

On December 8, Lady Gaga uploaded a video to her website where she imitated Jenna Ortega's spooky dance routines from Ortega's smash television program, Wednesday.

Lady Gaga dressed in her best black-and-white Wednesday ensemble, which includes knee-high socks, shorts, and a matching blazer, to recreate this scene on TikTok.
