Kim Kardashian and Kanye West didn't have the most amicable divorce as she had to deal with cyber rants and bullying, especially from the 45-year-old rapper. The reality tv star has handled these outbursts with utmost grace and maintained perfect maturity in the midst of it all.

Now, she's coming undone in a new emotional interview, revealing her deepest fears and laying things to rest.

Keep reading for the details.

A New Found Freedom

The fashion mogul revealed she has found a new sense of freedom since the divorce and doesn't feel like the whole weight of maintaining someone else's identity is on her shoulders anymore on Angie Martinez IRL podcast.

“There’s moments — you’ll have your moment, but I’d say in this last year, this year for me, even though I got emotional before talking about Kanye, I feel free in the sense that I am not anybody else"

Kardashian continued on how she used to feel guilty if she couldn't fix situations involving her husband on time, but now, she can fly again.

"I don’t hold anybody else’s thoughts, opinions, burdens, and I used to hold this guilt that I wasn’t there to fix situations, and I wasn’t there to put it all back together. … [Now] I’m free.”

Protecting Her Mom And The Rest Of Her Family

West didn't spare Kim's family from his rants and allegation as he consistently bullied Kris Jenner on his Twitter account, accusing her of "White Supremacy" and trying to influence his children negatively.

Kardashian explained how protective of Kris she got while holding back tears, including dealing with it off camera.

"I get really protective over my mom," Kardashian continued, nearly getting emotional again. "But I handle it all internally. … I just not that type to go back and forth on the Internet. I live my life on a f–king reality show. … The s–t I know and the s—t that I've been through, it's wild."

Scary Ex Situation

The SKIMS founder, who dated Pete Davidson for almost a year, expressed her concern about how new or potential boyfriends may get scared of West. It's worth mentioning that Davidson was a victim of West's threats while the relationship lasted.

"I don't know, there's a part of me that's like, 'Oh, my God, is everyone going to be scared because I don't have the easiest ex? … But then there's a side of me that's like, 'Wait, what? Why would I ever have to live that way?'"

“I am holding on by a thread. I know that I am so close to that not happening, but while it is still that way, I will protect that to the end of the Earth as long as I can. My kids don’t know anything."
