Nicki Minaj finally acquired a new property that will become her forever home after years of living in rentals in Los Angeles. It's located in a high-brow gated community housing a number of top Hollywood celebrities including Sylvester Stallone.

Now that the A-list rapper has a growing family of three, this move has become important and we promise you her patience really paid off on this one.

Keep reading for all the juicy details about the big move.

Hidden Hills Is Home

Minaj pulled a bold real estate move and acquired a $19.5 million estate in Hidden Hills, a well-secured city located in the San Fernando Valley.

The house was built this year by a local property developer and sources claimed the Starships singer snatched it just before it made an official debut on the market. That means pictures and details of the house aren't publicly available except for tax records showing details of the building.

Details Of The Property

The 12,000-square-foot mansion features eight massive bedrooms, nine fully installed bathrooms, and two powder rooms. There's also a separate guest house and a poolside cabana in the backyard with a saltwater pool, spa, and Baja shelf for sunbathing.

The flat lot covers a full acre and has a garage (perfect for her three cars), grassy lawns, and a big landscaping for privacy.

The main house has several pocketing glass doors leading to the patios and terraces and a master suite upstairs with a private balcony overlooking her large backyard.

Nicki Minaj Loves Big Houses

Her decision to purchase this expansive property doesn't come as a surprise, as the award-winning rapper has always loved large houses. Minaj and Petty currently live in a hilltop rented mansion in Calabasas, also a gated community.

This property was built in the 90s with a Mediterranean-inspired structure with marble floors, six bedrooms, and nine bathrooms spanning over 10,000 square feet. However, they're about to bid the property farewell as they prepare to move into their new Hidden Hills estate.

Role Model For Black Women

This purchase comes after the star revealed her desire to be a worthy role model for black women and give them the needed confidence due to the low rate of black artists in the music industry and creative space in general in the i-D magazine Winter 2022 issue.

The Grand Piano singer revealed how insecure she felt growing up because she couldn't find black women gracing the covers of magazines and acting in blockbuster movies.

Minaj wants to empower young girls to believe in themselves and not need a guy for anything.

"Yo, I don't need a guy for anything. I can put my mind to anything I need to do, and do it just as well as the men on my own."
