For Daystar Peterson, aka Tory Lanez, a record-breaking year in terms of music is going to end on a despondent note. The Canadian-born rapper found himself in trouble in 2020 when it was alleged that he shot rapper Megan Thee Stallion on her foot as she refused to dance for him while he was heavily intoxicated. A recent ruling has found the 30-year-old guilty of the same and he is now facing up to 23 years in prison for his actions.
