Alyssa confirmed that she would be filling her day with good in many different ways as she posted to Instagram to mark hitting the big FIVE-OH. The actress is followed by 3.3 million on the platform. The photo showed Alyssa lying back on her couch and wearing a dark gray tee with a circular logo on it. Going very unfussy, Milano shouted out the Yankees via her tee, also wearing zero makeup and a messy hairdo. In a caption, she wrote,
"This is 50. No filter. No touching up. No make up. I will spend this day, the same as every day. I will move a little, love a lot, be of service, and count my blessings." Alyssa also said that she was happy to be in the moment and in the present place.
