Sandra Bullock is back in the news as she sells her gorgeous and spacious avocado ranch home for $5.6 million. The A-Lister actress has sold her luxurious property to an Orange County dental services tycoon – everyone now wants a reminder of where she’s saying goodbye to. Sandra’s property is now the focal point as Architectural Digest covers the 91-acre space, one boasting four bedrooms, six bathrooms, plus a very swanky and terrace-wrapped outdoor pool. The property was built in 1990 and in a farmhouse style. Plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces have likely afforded Sandra a fabulous time there.
Selling Her Home
The hilltop mansion comes with a secluded setting, stunning views, plus plenty of lawn space framing it. The Miss Congeniality star bought the pad 15 years ago, and it’s located about 25 miles from the Pacific Ocean. The ranch offers mountain vistas and comes with an understated entrance complete with terracotta roof tiling. A little less unassuming indoors, the property boasts a fountain courtyard for a little secluded sunbathing, muted accent interiors, plus plenty of natural daylight.

Sandra has opened up on a quieter career period in her life, recently revealing:
“Right now I don’t want to create anything that takes me away from just being present,” also adding: “I don’t want to be doing a lot of things at one time that don’t service the one thing that I want to be around — my family.” The 58-year-old is best known for roles including Two Weeks Notice and The Blind Side . The Virginia-born star has been in Hollywood since 1987 and has won both an Academy Award and a Golden Globe Award.
