Created by Lauren Schmidt, The Witcher is undoubtedly one of the most iconic fantasy drama television series to air on Netflix. The show is based on the book series of the same name by Polish Writer Andrzej Sapkowski. Set on a fictional, medieval-inspired landmass, the series tells the story of a monster hunter as he grapples with finding his place in a world where humans are harrowingly more monstrous than beasts.

Although the storyline is enough to keep viewers glued to their screens, it is not the only spectacular thing about the series. Fans also took great interest in various characters, one of which was Geralt of Rivia, played by Henry Cavill. Sadly, The Witcher lovers will see Henry play the role for the last time in season three as Liam Hemsworth will replace him in the series' fourth season. Many reactions have trailed the recasting, with many fans unhappy about it. Hear what Michelle Yeoh, who stars in the series' spin-off, The Witcher: Blood Origins, has to say about the development.
