Meet George And Amal Clooney's Adorable Twins - Alexander And Ella Clooney

The Gravity actor got married to Amal in 2014 in Venice, Italy. The duo later had their fraternal twins in 2017. The 61-year-old reflected on his roles as a husband and father. The actor shared that in marriage and fatherhood, there is no selfishness in caring for only yourself. The actor continued that the feeling of selflessness was indeed wonderful. 

The couple is yet to make a public appearance with their kids. However, this does not stop them from talking about them. George had an interview on The Drew Barrymore Show on October 21st. There he revealed he was terrified when he knew he was having twins. "That wasn't part of the plan," the actor joked. The Ocean's Eleven actor later shared that his kids are the greatest thing in the world. 

According to People, Alexander Clooney is George and Amal's son who was born on June 6th, 2017. The GQ's 2020 profile of George described Alexander. He is described as having brown hair and "chaotic teeth." The profile also added his resemblance to his parents. Alexander is also fluent in Italian. However, neither of his parents speaks Italian. 

Ella is the twin sister of Alexander and was also born on June 6th, 2017. The twin is also fluent in Italian. George also revealed the twins speak two other languages. Ella is also said to be a striking resemblance to her mother. 

The Midnight Sky actor and his 44-year-old wife are very peculiar about their kids. The Clooneys do not mind closing work projects to make their children a top priority. George told People in 2021 that he has committed a certain amount of work he does. It was the same for his lawyer and philanthropist wife Amal. The couple was able to spend a lot of time with their kids during the pandemic.

Still, George shared they look forward to having a family trip. The actor talked about them visiting their house which has a lake and a rope swing. " I can still do a rope swing at 60," the Ticket to Paradise actor joked at that time. 

Unlike many Hollywood stars, the Clooneys decided to go for a more classic name for their twins. George told AARP magazine in 2021 that he did not want a weird name for their kids. Alexander who is now 5-year-old is described to have some distinctive personality. He is more outgoing than his sister. He proved this in 2021 when he crashed his father's interview with GQ. Alexander also had a funny side and loved cars. 

Ella, who is also 5, is fairly reserved, unlike her brother. George shared that although she is a bit of a prankster, she is very serious. Just like her brother's love for cars, Ella loves fashion. The twins are developing their personalities and George is focused on enjoying time with them.
