Khloe Kardashian is turning heads as she pumps heavy iron in the gym and makes headlines for looking slimmer than ever. The 38-year-old reality star and Good American founder currently has The Daily Mail reporting that she weighs 123 lbs – that’s only 23 lbs heavier than the 100 lbs she claims to have been pumping. Khloe posted to her Instagram recently with a power workout video, as she proves that sister Kim Kardashian isn’t the only one shedding weight in 2022. The SKIMS founder has lost 21 pounds this year.
Pumping Iron In The Gym
Khloe’s fans didn’t just get photos of her in spandex. The blonde was showing off her lean body and rippling muscles in a series of grueling exercises. She wore tight black leggings, pairing them with a skimpy, matching sports bra that showed off her gym-honed figure.

“Bear crawls with pulling over 100 pounds,” the Hulu star wrote as she shared part of her routine. Here, the clothing designer was seen making her way across a mat against a fair amount of resistance. Khloe told fans that her workout was “torture,” adding: “I do not care about my form here. I am dying. An hour of torture from this monster Don-A-Matrix.”
Pushing Herself To The Limit
Khloe’s weight loss appears to have come hand-in-hand with her 2022 split from now-ex Tristan Thompson. The former couple shares two children. True, born in 2018, was this year joined by a baby brother, welcomed via a surrogate.
Khloe, meanwhile, has been updating fans with what looks like daily sweat sessions in the gym. She’s also revealed that working out is a form of therapy for her.
Getting Her Head Right
“I normally don’t workout on Sundays but I missed days last week due to just having such a busy work week,” Khloe told her Instagram followers in 2021. “I use my workouts as a form of therapy for me, and they really just help me get my head right. So I’m excited. I feel like I need to get my head right, right now.”
A Family Matter
Khloe is also known for making her gym time social, as she’s sometimes joined by 42-year-old sister Kim and/or 43-year-old Kourtney Kardashian.
