Shakira And Gerard Pique Reach Custody Agreement After Bitter Divorce Battle

It so happens that the pop star and the footballer have finally reached an agreement that focuses on the welfare of their sons. 

As per the rumored agreement, it allows the signer to secure custody, but lawyers have refused to make further comments about the exact agreement. Furthermore, Pique’s lawyer has already denied reports which claimed that neither parent wouldn’t be allowed to see the children with their future partners. 

Currently, the idea is to ensure that the young boys find stability in the chaos. Shakira is committed to creating the environment and will move with her boys to Miami next year. The boys were born and lived in Barcelona for 8 years, and Shakira will have nothing to do with the house she shared with Gerard Pique in Barcelona.

Apparently, after 11 years of being together, news of Gerard Pique cheating on Shakira surfaced. It spread across as quite a shock, and it was hard for their fans to believe the couple was falling apart.

On the other hand, the pop singer has stated that during the marriage, she had to put her career in second gear and move cities to ensure a stable home for her children while Pique did not want to do the same.

Of course, this led to the couple not being on the same page about the family, and the marriage was dissolved.

When the couple announced their split, it was a huge shock for the fans. However, Pique wanted to leave the misfortune of his marriage behind and moved on with Clara Chia Marti. 

She played a crucial role in calming down the athlete and making him understand that the best solution for the children was to find stability. 

Therefore, she helped with the negotiations and got Pique to agree that Milan and Sasha will reside in the United States with their mother. 

On the other hand, after the bitter divorce battle, Shakira is rumored to have moved on and has a brewing romanticism with her young surfing instructor, Gorka Ezkurdia.

The Spanish Government has accused the pop singer of tax fraud of £13 Million. However, the singer denied all these claims. 

The Public Prosecutor’s Office has put forward a request for 8 years of prison time along with a fine of 23 Million Euros, and she is battling 6 different charges. 

The court date is yet to be set for Shakira vs The Government.
