The funny thing about cats is how one can just show up in your life out of nowhere, and it's just yours now. Obviously, you'll have to go through the process of taking your new friend to the vet, getting him checked out and vaccinated, but there's literally nothing stopping you from adopting a random stray you found on the street.

The TikToker behind the Freedom Farmhouse account recently decided to bring one of their feral farm cats, Tofey indoors due to health issues. A viral TikTok posted just a few days ago shows his slow transition into indoor life, where he has a few friends to show him the ropes.

The Video Shows Tofey's First Week Indoors.

"My feral cat transitioning to being indoors," text overlay reads on the screen, which also shows a clip of Tofey hanging around indoors. On his first day, the orange and white cat spends most of his time inside a small pet bed, which the TikTok calls his "cave." On day two, he finally comes out to eat a little bit. But after eating, he goes straight back into an enclosed space on the bookshelf.

By the third day, Tofey makes his way onto the bed, though he's still a little nervous to be there. A couple of other cats can also be seen hanging around on the bed. Nights five and six show Tofey getting more and more comfortable in the bedroom alongside the other cats, who all lounge around on the bed, or in smaller pet beds. It's pretty clear that by the end of that first week, Tofey has become a lot more relaxed in his new surroundings.
