Brie Larson continues to share never-before footage of her workouts and training sessions on her social media handles, and we're in awe of how fit her physique is. It's also safe to say we've added living vicariously through her intense routine - not to go without stating that we'd love those abs to appear on our bellies too magically.

She strikes again with one of her greatest challenges yet. She was climbing the Grand Teton in the Grand Teton National Park.

Keep reading for all the details.

Grand Teton Bloopers

Larson shared a video filled with bloopers from her latest training session. At the beginning of the Instagram video, she tackles some training in a controlled session at a rock gym, where she scales the plastic walls with flashy and boldly colored fake outcroppings.

She planned the trip to the park in Wyoming, and scrambler Alex Honnold trained alongside the actress.

Let's remind you of Honnold: he's the one who climbed Yosemite National Park Staple, El Capitan, with zero safety gear to protect him, so Larson training alongside him means she's in excellent hands.

Reaching The Peak

The remaining scenes in the video show the actress climbing up one of the most popular rock faces in the United States and was also accompanied by Jimmy Chin, a household name in the climbing community. He's particularly popular for his amazing photography work, which features shots of trails and peaks.

Though the actress's act is clouded by self-doubt and fear, she makes it to the top of the mountain and nails it like a pro, and now it's time to come down.

Reaction From Fans And Friends

Lots of her famous friends showed their love and pride in the comment section. Creed and Black Panther star Michael B. Jordan commented that he's proud of his friend, while Reese Witherspoon, who starred in the 2014 outdoor movie Wild, tells Larson she's scaring her.

Larson added major comic relief to the suspense-filled video by captioning the video and asking singer Miley Cyrus what she says, referencing her 2009 song The Climb.

We advise Larson to ease up on all the climbing as there's a whole year of projects in the works for her on camera sets. She recently wrapped up filming two action-packed productions, The Marvels, and Fast X.

She'll be joining the Fast & Furious franchise in the latter in an undisclosed role, while the second will see her return to her MCU role as Captain Marvel. She's also returning to the small screen in a series titled Lessons in Chemistry, which will be airing on Apple TV+. It centers around a female scientist in the 1960s who teaches homemakers chemistry on a cooking show.
