TV personality Ryan Seacrest recently sold his Beverly Hills mansion in Los Angeles for a whopping $51 million. He bought the property from Ellen DeGeneres in 2012 for $36.5 million but decided to sell it in 2020 for $85 million.

When the sale didn't succeed, the TV show host recalled the mansion from the market until early this year when he relisted it for $74.5 million and then $69 million. Instead, it didn't sell for that value but finally left the market at $51 million.

Before DeGeneres, Will & Grace show creator Max Mutchnick owned the mansion.

The Million-Dollar Mansion

Seacrest's million-dollar mansion is built like a resort with its 9,200 sq. ft. house surrounded by water features and gardens. The house contains a 22 ft. high ceiling living room, four bedrooms with six bathrooms and toilets, a movie theater, a well-equipped gym, a spa, a master suite, a state-of-the-art gourmet chef's kitchen leading outdoors to a pizza oven, and a private meditation garden.

The mansion also houses a lounge & bar, two guesthouses, a pool house, a swimming pool, and a reflecting pond. It sits in a choice location, giving the residents a grand view of Los Angeles. Kurt Rappaport handled the listing and sale.

The mansion has five buildings, including guesthouses, a subterranean parking plan, and an underground garage. Its five buildings sit on an accumulated 125,000 sq. ft. lot.

Is It A Profit Or Loss?

TMZ speculated that he dropped the mansion due to his absence from L.A. following his prolonged stay in New York as a Live with Kelly and Ryan co-hostDespite making almost $20 million more than he bought the house in 2012, the inflation cost and upgraded investments suggest it wasn't a profit.

This year, it came second to a $58 million sale of Sylvester Stallone's Beverly Park mansion to Adele.

Is Seacrest Starting A Family?

Seacrest, 47, currently hosts the morning show Live with Kelly & Ryan, but there's little known about his relationship. According to reports, the TV personality started daring Aubrey Paige last year, though they keep their relationship private.

When asked about his current relationship status on the Live with Kelly & Ryan show, the former radio host said he was happy. Despite Lisa Rinna telling him it's time to settle down, he feels no pressure to push the limit.

Seacrest replied,

"I'm happy. I'm happy in the present moment... I don't think about anything else. Why push it?"

Seacrest Is Taking His Time

Seacrest refused to answer questions about wanting kids saying it was "Live" and not an episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Rinna insisted on knowing, so he said he'd wait until the right time because he has a niece and comes from a small family, so there's no rush.

The TV show host and his girlfriend made their red carpet debut at Jennifer Lopez's Halftime show. Seacrest isn't completely closed off the idea as he once told his co-host, Kelly Ripa.
