Gisele Bundchen was recently spotted enjoying a dinner with her jiu-jitsu teacher in Costa Rica. The news of the dinner came up a little while after Tom Brady and Bundchen finalized their divorce. Sources close to the former couple are asking questions about the timing.

Bundchen Enjoys Dinner With Her Jiu-Jitsu Teacher

Bundchen was recently seen with a jiu-jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente, who resides in Miami. The mother-of-two has known Valente for a year and a half. Bundchen and her kids also take lessons from the instructor. The outing with the Miami guy came a month after the model and Brady finalized their divorce after being married for 13 years. Valente, Bundchen, and her two kids, Benjamin and Vivian, were spotted together in Costa Rica.

They all had dinner on Saturday which raised a lot of questions. This new outing was questioned since Costa Rica was Bundchen and her ex-husband's vacation spot. The Brazilian model has posted her fondness for the instructor's teaching skills before.

A Source Sheds Light On The Costa Rica Outing

A source close to the model recently shed light on the Costa Rica outing with Valente. The source shared with TMZ that the model and Miami-born instructor were not dating. It was further revealed that they were not alone in Costa Rica. The source revealed there were other people present.

They all amounted to six adults and eight children who were present at the get-together. However, another source close to the supermodel and Brady was not convinced. The source questioned why the instructor was in Costa Rica with her at the same time. Adding it was weird when she "just one day abruptly ended the marriage."

About Bundchen's Rumored New Man

A lot of people are curious about who Bundchen's rumored new man was. Joaquim Valente has two brothers, Pedro Valente and Gui Valente. He teaches jiu-jitsu with his brothers at the Valente Brothers facility. At first, Valente was living in Miami before he joined his brothers in the United States in 2007.

The athlete also has a bachelor's degree in criminology from Barry University, which he started attending in 2007. From 1990-2007, he attended K-12 schooling in Rio de Janeiro. The athlete also currently lives in Florida.

Valente And Bundchen's Past History

The athlete has been linked to the supermodel in the past. Valente and his brothers posed beside Bundchen for a Dust magazine spread in 2021. In February of the following year, the model wrote about her training sessions with the instructor. The businesswoman explained since she started taking self-defense, she felt stronger, empowered, and confident.

The supermodel also stated it was an important skill for a woman to acquire. At that time, Brady reacted to Bundchen's post by joking about leaving dishes in the sink. Although Valente's Instagram is private, it reveals the athlete is family oriented. It is still unclear if Bundchen and Valente have something more than their love for jiu-jitsu, but it is safe to say that the supermodel is having a good time away from the stress in the past months.
