Call her bejeweled as Taylor Swift accepts her Best Artist Award at the MTV EMAs in a bedazzled mini dress and walks the red carpet in a mesh bodysuit. The 30-year-old singer dazzled on and off stage as she surprised her Swifties with an appearance at the award show.

Swift hinted at the coming era during the American MTV Video Music Awards when she walked the carpet in a mini silver dress with deconstructed fringes.

Since releasing her critically acclaimed album, Midnights, Swift became more active on social media and off it as she went on press tours discussing the album.

Surprise Appearance At The EMAs

Swift first walked the EMA's carpet in a black bodysuit with a see-through bedazzled chainmail shirt showing off her toned, long legs. She paired the outfit with black slingback open-toe heels and wore her blonde hair in a neat low bun with full bangs.

The singer, who holds the number one position on the Billboard Hot 100, picked her style straight off the runway from David Koma London's collection. Her skirt showed a silver and green crystals link, which glittered underneath the paparazzi's flashing cameras.

It was fitting that she wore such an outfit, considering one of the songs on Midnights is titled, Bejeweled.

Bejeweled At The EMAs

Later that night, Swift won three more awards, including Best Longform Video, Best Pop, and Best Video. When accepting her final award, Swift thanked her devoted fans saying they're the only reason she's still employed.

She changed into another David Koma mini black dress with bejeweled white crystals pressed on the short sleeves and front. She paired the dress with earrings, sparkly yellow eyeshadow, and complimentary rings.

Swift said the short film for All Too Well nearly didn't happen, but she's glad it did because it's been one of the biggest winners in her album.

Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour

The Anti-Hero singer said she couldn't wait to see her fans on tour, referencing her Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour coming in 2023. It'll culminate in her career as a musician in the past ten years and starts with stadium tours across America.

Swift joked about genre-shifting during the EMAs, and it's one of her strongest suits. The 32-year-old has gone from country to pop several times and is currently in her pop stage with Midnights.

The tour starts in March and ends in August before the international dates kick off. Each stop has a different vibe based on the predominant music in the area.

'Midnights' Breaks Multiple Records

Swift released multiple versions of Midnights for her diverse range of fans, yet she gave her fans even more surprises, like dropping mass videos on the same day. The music video for Bejeweled, which features Laura Dern, and her best friends, The Haim twins, cosplayed the classic Cinderella story with a twist.

The singer transformed into a bejeweled beauty at the famous ball, where she danced in a Martini glass cup and lived her Burlesque dreams. You can tell Republic shelled out the big budget for this album and is reaping it tenfold with its record-breaking achievements.
