What was supposed to be a joyous day for one couple, ended up being a confusing nightmare. When Kentucky residents Billy Engle and Brandy Wiseman, who run the shared TikTok account @brandy_billy, were set to exchange vows on their wedding day, Billy was unable to even start his.

As it turns out, Billy had been drugged with Adderall before the ceremony, which resulted in slurred speech and confusion.

Brandy and Billy posted a video documenting the events of their wedding, which occurred in May.

Brandy and Billy, who frequently post prank videos to their 4.2 million TikTok followers, assured everyone that this was no joke, and in fact a serious matter.

The TikTok was captioned, "SHARING THIS VIDEO COULD HELP PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING TO YOUR DAUGHTER, MOTHER, SON, OR FRIEND!"

The TikTok begins with a video showing Billy acting strange, as if he were about to pass out. He was in clear distress, and Brandy decided to have him checked by the nurse.

They later found out that Billy had Adderall in his system.

"Many people intentionally combined alcohol & adderall in order to party harder and longer!" text reads on the screen. "So they spiked other's drinks thinking they will be hype all night with them."

The video also confirms that Billy was tested for drugs.

"Yes we do know who it was and it has been dealt with. Yes Parkside Resort was extremely helpful in the investigation!"

The ordeal was incredibly distressing to the couple, as well as their four children.

But the intention of the TikTok was to help prevent this kind of thing from happening to other people.

The end of the TikTok shows Brandy and Billy using products from NightCap, which can be used to cover drinks and prevent them from being tampered with.

Their story shows why it's never okay to drug someone.

Even if you think you're well-intentioned, it's never okay to slip drugs into another person's drink, especially without their permission. Drugs react to people differently, and mixing drugs with alcohol can have dangerous consequences.

Brandy and Billy have also shared their story with news stations.

They stated that this ordeal had effectively ruined their wedding for them, to the point where they don't have any wedding photos in their home. They also ended up canceling their honeymoon to Cabo.

Many followers think Brandy and Billy deserve a wedding redo.

One commenter wrote, "Who would do such a thing! I’m so sorry! Whoever did it needs to pay for a do over."

Another one wrote, "Not me wondering if you can sue for the entire cost of your wedding and recreate a better one."

Whether at the expense of the guilty party or not, it needs to happen.

Another user commented, "Whosever did this owes you a second wedding!"

"That is devastating. I am SO sorry this happened. Let us help you have your redo if you want one," a different commenter said.

Many also praised Brandy for her composure during the wedding.

"I think this is the scariest thing I have ever seen. Brandy to keep your composure and just stable for him was amazing. You were the calm he needed," a comment reads.
