Cardi B is known for not giving a dang about what anyone thinks of her. She is also known for amazing outfits and some of the most catchy songs of all time, but I digress. As you may know, Cardi is a mom to two sweet children — Kulture, 4, and Wave, 10 months, who she shares with husband and fellow rapper, Offset.

While trolls have attacked Cardi and Offset in the past for spoiling their children with lavish gifts, she has also spoiled them with a little something called love and attention after claiming she has never hired a nanny.

Cardi B is truly one of my favorite Hollywood moms.

Her ability to remain successful in her career and keep her family together is the ultimate #momgoals — and she and her kiddos always look so cute and coordinated while doing it.

Sadly, Cardi B, like any celebrity parent, isn’t immune to the mom shamers online.

Who can forget when she bought her daughter a four-figure Birkin bag for her second birthday?

Despite the backlash, I understand why she did it — what parent wouldn't spoil their child with an investment piece if they could?

Cardi has always had to be on the defense when it comes to her parenting choices.

"When celebrities buy their kids jewelry and designer [expletive] people be like, 'Kids don't care about that. They only care about toys and candy,' " Cardi said back in 2020. "Yeah, kids only care about toys and candy, but the thing is that kids also go outside."

"You know what I'm saying? Kids go to restaurants, kids go to fancy places, celebrity kids, they go do red carpets."

"And if I'm fly and Daddy's fly, then so is the kid. If I'm wearing Cha-nay-nay [Chanel], my kid's having the same same," the rapper continued, as per People.

Recently, however, Cardi revealed there's one part of typical celebrity parent life she hasn't subscribed to.

“Everybody was so nervous for my career and future, but I kept telling them, ‘It’s easy. Trust me, I’m going to have a nanny and she’s going to travel up and down with me. It’s not even going to be a hassle’,” she explained in a new interview with Vogue Singapore.

"When the baby got here, I couldn’t even think about getting a nanny because I was afraid of anybody being around her besides my family. I’ve never had a nanny for Kulture."

Luckily for Cardi, she is surrounded by trusted family members who help her with her two youngsters.

"Your parents have already lived their life and raised their kids. They are older and don’t have the same energy as someone in their 20s," the "I Like it Like That" singer explained.

“I’m never far from my kids because that’s my responsibility as a mother.”

I'm glad Cardi has a support system she can trust and rely on — not everyone is so lucky.
