Walt Disney World is known for a lot of things — delicious food, legendary rides, attentive and kind cast members, and of course, once-in-a-lifetime opportunities with memories to cherish forever.

Now, those visiting World Discovery at Epcot after May 27th will be able to ride the highly anticipated new Disney World rollercoaster Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.

I was invited to celebrate Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration and part of my hosted experience was being able to ride the new rollercoaster before it was opened to the public.

In case you missed the memo, the legendary Walt Disney World Theme Park is celebrating its 50th Anniversary.

The 18-month-long celebration didn't just stop at delicious eats and stylish limited edition merch — the park has also introduced an exciting new rollercoaster based on the Marvel film franchise Guardians of the Galaxy.

It's no secret that when Disney World is doing something, they're doing it up BIG, and Epcot's new coaster — Galaxy Rewind — is no exception.

This ride is part of Epcot's new multi-year transformation that will offer park guests an even more out-of-this-world experience.

If that wasn't exciting enough, this all-new attraction will be one of the longest fully enclosed rollercoasters in the world!

Cosmic Rewind not only offers riders an intergalactic trip through time and space but also a chance to rock out to a playlist inspired by Peter Quill's love of classic rock.

Even those who have never watched a single Guardians of the Galaxy film will enjoy the 360 experience as they allow themselves to fly through space in Disney World's first-ever "reverse launch" coaster.

Having given the ride a whirl myself, I can assure you it's a can't miss opportunity!
