I don't know if I ever told you, but I'm a bit of a bargain shopper. One thing I'm not particularly eager to do is to buy things for full price. So if I can help it, I'm always on the lookout for reasonably priced items. And I guess I'm not alone.

As it turns out, there are folks like me out there, and I'm going to share with you all the awesome bargains they were able to find. Check it out.

This lady on Twitter posted a challenge.

She asked people to share their frivolous purchases but there was a catch. All the items had to be less than $30.

Nice! I'm so excited about what kind of stuff people were able to treat themselves to and I bet you are too.

This Ultimate Helper

Oh my goodness. Would you look at that? I had no idea this even existed, haha. But now that I see it I have to get my hands on it. What a brilliant idea, huh? I'm really impressed by that.

This Decorative Idea

I've seen this idea online, and I think it's a good one. Looking at these fence buckets is making me want to get some for our backyard. Hey, if they put a smile on your face, then why not?

This Awesome Planter

I know what you must be thinking — a disco ball planter? Come on, who can't use a little disco vibe in their life, haha? I'm with this lady here, and I would have bought it, too.

This Ultimate Treat

I have to confess every time my neighbors downstairs make waffles, I'm so jealous. So I think it's time I splurge that $30 on something as indulgent as that. What do you think? Should I do it?

This Gorgeous Notebook

As a writer, I sure can appreciate this item here. I can't tell you how many notebooks I have, hee-hee. For some reason or another, I can't stop buying them. So this would be something I would add to my shopping cart.

This Kitchen Helper

Okay, confession time: I had one of these in my kitchen, but sadly it broke. So I hope this one lasts longer than mine. It sure is handy, alright. You can slice your eggs for a salad or sandwich in no time.

This Happy Purchase

Aww, I feel for this lady here. That must've been tough to go through. But at least there's a little thing in her kitchen that will make her happy now. I say good for her. Am I right?

This Amazing Experience

Oh my gosh, what? Who wouldn't want to hang out with cute bunnies for an hour? Sign me up. My friend has an adorable bunny, and every time we Skype, she lets me see her little guy. He's absolutely precious.

This Fancy Purse

So even though this purse is technically impractical, who cares, right? If it makes this lady happy, then I say go for it. I once bought a watermelon purse, and I can tell you, it doesn't go with every outfit, ha, ha. But I love it regardless.

This Daily View

Speaking of making yourself feel happy — that seems to be the case here. Look at this gorgeous display of vintage plant glasses. Aren't they absolutely fabulous? I think so, too. They make the windowsill so festive.

This Ambiance Maker

Here's the thing, different light colors make you feel differently. Apparently, it's a good idea to have red light around you in the evening. It makes you feel more relaxed and ready for sleep, so I love this idea.

This Pretty Lamp

Speaking of lights, here's a cute lamp for you. This person claims it's for a child, but I think it looks pretty fancy, ha, ha. Doesn't it just feel right on this nightstand? That was a great purchase, alright.

This Privacy Sticker

Aww, I love stained glass. So this is definitely something I would do to make my home a little more inviting. It makes a huge difference, no? I absolutely love it. And from the sound of it, this person does, too.

This Blast From The Past

You know what, I miss using a rotary phone. And I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. There's some satisfaction in dialing the numbers the old-fashioned way, no? This one is so gorgeous, and I love this teal color.

This Furry Friend Hideaway

Aww, look at that. This lady actually splurged on an adorable dome home for her cat. This is the absolute cutest thing, no? And the best part is it looks like the kitty loves it. If that doesn't make you happy, I don't know what will.

This Childhood Dream

Ha, ha, I loved my roller skates as a child. I remember when I finally upgraded to these fancy ones my dad brought me from Austria. They were so much fun that I've been thinking of getting a pair again.

I don't know about you but I'm impressed by these purchases here.

$30 might not buy you everything, but it sure can put a huge smile on your face, and that's what life is all about. Do you agree with me? So tell me, what was the last thing you bought for less than $30 that made you feel this good. I bought myself a little plush Grogu, and even though I'm not a child, it makes me smile every time I look at it.
