These days gender roles seem to have reversed in some households. It’s no longer the wife who stays at home to take care of the chores , but more men are becoming so-called “stay-at-home-husbands”.
And it’s one of those husbands who’s getting quite the praise online after he posted some super cute “day in the life” TikTok videos. So without further ado, let’s check this story out.

They started dating when they were sophomores in high school. Now, the couple has gone viral since the husband started posting videos about his “day in the life” of a stay-at-home-husband.
I think it’s the humor that people gravitate towards.
In the videos, you can see the husband saying things like “Some people seem to think I lost my man card, so we went to the farmers market to buy a new one. But they were all out, so I went to Whole Foods and got some flowers for my wife.”

And then he continued by saying this:
“I strapped the groceries to my mancart and got to arranging the flowers. Never give your wife flowers and expect her to arrange them. That’s a chore, not a gift.”
He’s right, no?
I love a man with a good sense of humor.
And when his wife needed to work on the weekend he chimed in with this “This little girlboss tried to help me clean the floors. So silly. It’s her day off, so I made her a little reading nook and got to cleaning. Sunday reset? More like resetting societal norms.”

Well, it’s pretty obvious why these videos get as much love as they get. The husband is seen doing a lot of chores like picking up the groceries and even vacuuming. Oh my goodness, that’s pretty impressive.

Aww, isn’t that so amazing or what? You see, it doesn’t matter who’s the stay-at-home person as long as the couple works it all out. In this case, these two young people have a great system going on.
I think they’re a great example for other couples.
Not only does this husband do the actual chores, but he makes sure his wife gets her day off. He even brings her a massager and a book to read, and then he proceeds to keep cleaning the house. I don’t know about you, but I’m a little envious of that.
