Mother's Day is one of the most cherished and special days for those of us lucky enough to have wonderful mothers, or mother figures, in our lives. However, this day can be extra meaningful for people who have had complications and difficult journies to motherhood.
Now, musician and new father Nick Jonas is celebrating his wife Priyanka Chopra on their first Mother's Day after bringing their baby girl home from the NICU.
"We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family," they shared at the time.
