Sundays are some people's favorite days of the week. Some people enjoy having a day of calmness to unwind, relax, and reflect. However, when the clock starts to get closer to midnight, we know Monday is right around the corner.

Monday brings a lot of things, but for most of us, it brings stress and anxiety to go back to work and deal with the week ahead.

I hate the small talk.

Everyone wants to always converse about what we did over the weekend and it turns into a contest of who had the best weekend. Maybe, just maybe, I don't want to stand around the coffee pot and discuss my weekend with you.

Everyone knows the only way to combat those Sunday Blues is to drink a couple of glasses (or bottles) of wine. The more you drink, the less you will think or remember about the week that is coming up. Chug, chug, chug!

Whether you took some time off or you just had a long weekend, the anxiety of having to return to work on a Monday after some time off is real. Everyone knows deep down, it's hard to get back up early and do your "routine."
