It's not a very well-kept secret in Hollywood that some celebrities have been going under the knife for various plastic surgeries, but it's not very often that a celebrity will speak candidly about their own experience with the practice. Of course, when it comes to Sharon Osbourne, candid might as well be her middle name, so it should come as no surprise that she's been brutally honest about her most recent bout of plastic surgery, which she called "horrendous."

Sharon recently appeared on Talk TV to discuss celebrity plastic surgery.

Sharon explained her stance on the topic, which was, "If you don't like anything about your appearance, and you have the wherewithal to go and change it, if you have the money, then do it!" She added, "It's your body, you do what you want with it."
Sharon explained that she's no stranger to cosmetic procedures herself.

"I just had a whole face done seven months ago, as you get older the pain, it gets worst, believe me," she said.
"It was excruciatingly painful," she added, joking that she was "holding my nose on so it doesn't fall off."

“I’m telling you, it was horrendous," she went on.
In another interview, Sharon explained her initial reaction. "I’m, like, ‘You’ve got to be [expletive] joking.’ One eye was different to the other. I looked like a [expletive] Cyclops. I’m, like, ‘All I need is a hunchback.’”
Fortunately, Ozzy was supportive of getting this taken care of.
“He said, ‘I don’t care how much it costs, we’ll get it redone,’" Sharon revealed.
Sharon also explained that she doesn't go under the knife for anyone but herself. "I do it for myself, my husband doesn't like it, my kids hate it, I do it for my own ego," she said.
