Basically everyone knows that most people in Hollywood have had some kind of work done, even if they deny it. At the very least, they're likely photoshopping all of their pictures on social media to look like they have. That's why it's actually pretty refreshing to see a celebrity come out and say they had work done, especially if they're admitting that the results were not so great.

Simon Cowell has done just that.

Whether you remember him from being the meanest judge on American Idol or you watch a lot of X-Factor, Simon Cowell has been gracing our TV screens for decades now, which meant that when he showed up a few years ago with his face looking markedly different, people took notice.

Simon himself has spoken out about it.

Simon revealed that now he thinks he looked "like something out of a horror film."

“There was a phase where everyone was having their faces pumped full of this and the other," he told The Sun, making it clear he wasn't immune. "There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far. I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day, and didn’t recognize it as me first of all."

Simon wasn't the only one who wasn't a fan of the new look.

He revealed that his 8-year-old son, Eric, was definitely not a fan of his father's face with fillers. "Eric was in hysterics. Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero," Simon revealed.

If you're scaring children, that's probably your first sign that you should be taking stock of your look and seeing what there is to be changed.

Simon has a new method of fighting back against aging.

“But actually, for me now, a lot of it comes down to healthy eating and drinking tonnes of water," he revealed.

We're glad to hear that Simon is feeling better about a more natural look — and we can't say that we personally are going to miss the fillers very much! What do you think? Did you notice that something was off about Simon? Let us know in the comments!
